Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is right in the heart of the village near all the great bars, offering cozy rooms with many amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect for exploring the town, but some adjustments may be above the staff's pay grade.
The hotel offers stunning rooms with a chaise lounger and a nice, large deck overlooking the restaurant behind the hotel. Our room had a cozy fireplace, although it was advertised as having a queen bed. The service was a mix of unhelpful moments and very friendly, super supportive interactions for our large group. The location is spacious, with good shade and sun spots, but unfortunately very noisy due to a neighboring restaurant playing music until 3 am. The dining experience was enjoyable with delicious homemade cakes but had some issues such as starting late. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff, great shade options, and spacious surroundings but hampered by noise and dining timing.
The hotel is very conveniently located near the Gondola and Whistler Village, offering a peaceful stay away from the nighttime noise. The rooms are equipped with useful amenities like a microwave and mini freezer/fridge, but the lack of hallway lights may be a bit surprising. The service can be improved, as some staff members were unhelpful, though others were quite friendly and accommodating. Despite some noise disturbances, the location is unbeatable for skiing enthusiasts with easy access to the village center. The dining options were limited with late start times, but the open pool and hot tub were enjoyable facilities.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are well-equipped and very comfortable, providing all the little comforts one could need. However, being on the second floor directly above the club, it was a bit noisy. I also wished there were pegs to hang towels in the bathroom or main room.
Staying at this hotel was a delight! The rooms were spotless and cozy, with thoughtful little touches like a bottle of water waiting in the car cup holder and chocolates in the room. The service was exceptional, from the kind Zane at check-in to the attentive housekeeping team. The location couldn't have been better for exploring Whistler Village, right in the heart of all the action. The dining experience, although with some room for improvement, did offer a mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew. Overall, a great value for a memorable stay.
I found the hotel to be a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although spacious with all amenities and free wifi, felt somewhat dark during the day and could use some extra cleaning as I accidentally dropped my card behind the bedside table. The service was a bit of a hit or miss; while the staff were lovely, there were issues with incorrect pricing information and unhelpfulness when inquiring about late checkout. The location is excellent for outdoor enthusiasts being steps away from Whistler Village amenities, but be sure to check the bed sizes before booking. The dining experience left something to be desired with limited options before 9 am, forcing us to eat elsewhere. Despite the downsides, the hotel offers valet parking, pet amenities, and easy access to the gondolas for a mountain adventure.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was great, with convenient access to dining options, but there were some issues with room readiness and slow service response. However, the in-room amenities and proximity to entertainment spots were a plus.
The hotel is ideally situated near the Gondola and Village, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms had some wear and tear but were equipped with useful amenities like a fridge and microwave, even though noise from nearby pub and club could be a disturbance until late. The service was top-notch, with a very accommodating and helpful staff, although there were moments of slight disinterest. The dining experience, despite high prices, offered good coffee and treats but lacked in quality for grilled foods. The location scored high marks for its proximity to key attractions, although noise levels fluctuated occasionally. Overall, a decent stay with notable areas for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently close to the Gondola and just a few steps from the Village. The rooms were comfortable and clean, yet some noise from nearby restaurants and bars could be heard at night. The dining options were limited, but the coffee was very good. Overall, it offers good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were well-equipped with a water boiler, microwave, fridge, snacks, and hot drinks, and had a lovely view of the mountain. Initially, the room felt a bit stuffy, but opening the window solved the issue. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and bike rentals. The service was top-notch, with genuinely friendly and helpful staff, though they could improve on handling towels. Unfortunately, the dining experience was subpar, with undercooked bacon and rubbery sausages for a high price. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a tea and coffee maker, boot dryer, fireplace, TV, PS3, noise machine, and earplugs. However, the cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired. On the bright side, the room provided plenty of toiletries, a fridge, and tea/coffee facilities, along with a small balcony to enjoy.
